Drunk Busters Impairment Goggles™

Drunk Busters Impairment Goggles simulate a blood alcohol content level of .08 to .15 with a clear lens. Each Impairment Goggle includes a cloth carrying bag and an Instructor's Guide. Each goggle is backed by a full 5-year warranty, as well.

Our Impairment Goggle is our most popular goggle style! (Patent No. 6,206,521)

Our Instructor’s Guide includes information on how to use your goggles, along with suggested activities to simulate impairment while wearing the goggles plus care instructions. Our Guide is available in Spanish, if requested.

Why Use Drunk Busters Impairment Goggles

Drunk Busters Impairment Goggles simulate effects of impairment, including reduced alertness, slowed reaction time, confusion, visual distortion, alteration of depth and distance perception, reduction of peripheral vision, poor judgment and decision making, double vision, and lack of muscular coordination.

This goggle has been featured on over 30 TV shows! Our Drunk Busters Impairment Goggles™ have been worn by Jay Leno, Arsenio Hall, Shaquille O'Neil, and Dolph Lundgren, and featured in the November 2017 issue of Law Enforcement Product News as well as promoted by Larry Stevenson, "The Black Bearded Cowboy", on his nationally-syndicated talk radio show in January of 2018.

Alcohol Impairment

For some people, alcohol impairment might result after as little as one drink. Impairment can also result from combining alcohol with prescription medication. Use of illegal drugs is also impairing, with no BAC level even present. For the "average" person consuming alcohol under "average" circumstances, the Drunk Busters Impairment Goggles represent a BAC level of approximately .08 - .15.

Uses for Drunk Busters Impairment Goggles™

Our Impairment Goggles are frequently used by law enforcement agencies, high schools and colleges, health and wellness programs, military, MADD chapters, snowmobile and boating safety programs, driver’s ed programs, and individuals who use them for gaming.

Trying to Simulate Other Levels of Alcohol or Drug Impairment?

Drunk Busters alcohol goggles come in ranges from .04 up to .35 BAC. You can buy 6, 12, and 24 packs of goggles, and drug goggles that simulate cannabis as well as Ecstasy, Molly, and LSD.

These have improved my department training in prepping new officers for SFST training, but also increased the awareness of individuals on how their judgement can be impaired by drinking.
